Return Period
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be sent within 21 days from the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Agaram Games cannot guarantee receipt of lost or damaged parcels.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
