2. Products

2.1 We sell physical Memory games and puzzles only.
2.2 We do not offer personalized products, subscriptions, or recurring services at this time.
2.3 All products are intended for personal use by our customers.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 All orders must be placed through our Shopify store.
3.2 Accepted payment methods are Credit Card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa), PayPal, and Google Pay.
3.3 Payment is due at the time of purchase; your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
3.4 Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable local taxes, except VAT since the company is not VAT registered.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 All orders are shipped via Swiss Post, our official delivery partner.
4.2 Customers may choose between Standard and Priority shipping at checkout (Express shipping is currently not available internationally).
4.3 Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect addresses.
4.5 All orders include tracking. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Agaram Games cannot guarantee receipt of lost or damaged parcels once in the postal system.
4.6 For orders over 2 kg, customers must contact info@agaram-games.com to arrange shipping options.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns must be sent within 21 days from the delivery date.
5.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.4 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5.5 Customers bear all return shipping costs.
5.6 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Damages and Issues

6.1 Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
6.2 If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@agaram-games.com immediately. Include clear photos to help us resolve the issue promptly.

7. Liability and Warranty

7.1 Our Memory games and puzzles are covered by Swiss law warranty (2 years for physical goods).
7.2 Liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7.3 Swiss law applies to these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country apply.

8. Privacy and Data Use

8.1 A separate Privacy Policy applies to all customer data.
8.2 Customer data is used solely for:

  • Order processing
  • Shipping and delivery communication
  • Newsletters and marketing emails

8.3 Customer data is never shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

9. Resale and Bulk Orders

9.1 All products sold by Agaram Games are intended for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of our products without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9.2 For bulk orders or commercial inquiries, please contact us at info@agaram-games.com. Agaram Games reserves the right to take legal action in case of unauthorized resale or distribution.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Updated terms will be posted on our website.
10.3 Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
