Shipping policy
We carefully prepare and ship every Agaram Games order from Switzerland.
We currently ship to Switzerland and selected European Union countries. Available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order.
Please note that we currently do not ship to the United Kingdom or destinations outside our active shipping regions.
1. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped from Switzerland with Swiss Post.
Within Switzerland, customers can choose between PostPac Economy and PostPac Priority.
Orders to our selected EU destinations are shipped internationally with Swiss Post using a tracked shipping service.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or Swiss public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where applicable, your tracking information will be included.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping within Switzerland
We deliver throughout Switzerland.
Standard Shipping - PostPac Economy
Current customer shipping rates:
- Orders CHF 0.00-29.99: CHF 7.90
- Orders CHF 30.00-59.99: CHF 5.90
- Orders CHF 60.00 and above: FREE
PostPac Economy is normally delivered within approximately 2 business days after dispatch.
Priority Shipping - PostPac Priority
Current customer shipping rates:
- Orders CHF 0.00-29.99: CHF 9.90
- Orders CHF 30.00-59.99: CHF 7.90
- Orders CHF 60.00 and above: CHF 2.90
PostPac Priority is normally delivered on the next business day after dispatch.
For orders placed before 1:00 PM Swiss time, we aim to prepare eligible Priority orders for same-day dispatch.
Please note that dispatch and delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by order volume, Swiss Post operating schedules, weekends and public holidays.
4. Shipping to the European Union
Agaram Games currently ships to the following selected EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom or to countries outside our active shipping regions.
If your country is not available for selection at checkout, we are currently unable to accept an online order for that destination.
EU Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for EU orders are calculated according to the total shipment weight.
The applicable shipping rate is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
EU orders are shipped from Switzerland using a tracked international shipping service.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout where available.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weekends, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Customs, Import VAT & Duties
Agaram Games is based in Switzerland, which is outside the European Union.
Orders shipped from Switzerland to EU destinations may therefore be subject to import VAT, customs duties, customs-clearance charges, carrier handling fees or other import-related charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.
Import regulations and charges vary by destination. We recommend checking the applicable requirements in your country before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for complying with applicable local import requirements.
6. Tracking
Tracking is provided for eligible tracked shipments.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information by email where available.
Please allow some time after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.
International shipments may occasionally show no new tracking updates while being processed by customs or transferred between postal networks.
7. Large & Special Orders
Our checkout automatically calculates available shipping options based on the products in your order, total shipment weight and destination.
For unusually large orders, wholesale purchases, school or organisation orders, events or other special requirements, please contact us before ordering:

8. Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including postal delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays or local delivery disruptions.
If a tracked parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@agaram-games.com with your order number.
Where appropriate, we will initiate an investigation with Swiss Post or the relevant delivery provider.
Any refund or replacement relating to a parcel reported as lost will be handled after the circumstances of the shipment have been investigated.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at info@agaram-games.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the affected product and shipping packaging where relevant.
This information helps us assess the issue and, where necessary, contact the shipping provider.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect, defective or damaged due to an issue for which Agaram Games is responsible.
