Shipping policy

We ship our products - including Memory Games, puzzles, and other creative educational items - to Switzerland, Europe, and selected worldwide destinations.
All shipments are handled with care and include tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped with Swiss Post, our official delivery partner.
We offer Standard (Economy) and Priority shipping within Switzerland, and Standard with Priority Plus Track & Trace for international orders.

At this time, Express shipping is not available for international destinations. Please order early for gifts, birthdays, or events.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customer information:

Standard shipping within Switzerland usually takes 2 - 3 business days and includes tracking.
For Priority shipping, please place your order before 1:00 PM (GMT+1) to ensure next-business-day delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, with Saturday delivery also possible.
All domestic parcels include tracking.

Europe

Countries included: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Ireland, United Kingdom

Track & Trace is optional for an additional CHF 5. Orders with Priority Plus include Track & Trace, allowing you to follow your parcel online where available.
Delivery typically takes 5 - 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Orders over 2 kg must be arranged directly via info@agaram-games.com.

Shipping method: Standard

Delivery typically takes 6 - 14 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Customers in the listed countries can safely and legally receive products, as all items comply with CE, UKCA, and CPC certifications.

4. Large Orders (Over 2 kg)

For orders over 2 kg (approximately 7 products, depending on weight), please contact us directly at info@agaram-games.com.
We will help you arrange shipping costs, delivery options, and special packaging for larger orders.

5. Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These costs are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.
Customs policies vary - please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

6. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking is included for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel ships. You can track parcels directly on the Swiss Post website or app.
Once handed over to Swiss Post, Agaram Games is not responsible for postal or customs delays.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return or shipment, as Agaram Games cannot guarantee receipt of lost or damaged parcels once they are in the postal system.

7. Returns & Damaged Items

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@agaram-games.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the damage or error.
If a parcel appears lost, we will open an investigation with Swiss Post. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the loss is confirmed.

8. Materials & Sustainability

Packaging

Our product packaging is made from corrugated cardboard (PAP-20) - a sustainable and recyclable material.

Key properties:

Renewable raw material:
The materials used are organic and come from agricultural or forestry production. They may also contain recycled organic content.
Recycled content (20 - 100 %):
Using recycled cardboard reduces the consumption of new raw materials, saves energy, and lowers CO₂ emissions.
Corrugated cardboard (PAP-20):
This recycling code indicates that the packaging is made of corrugated board. It can be properly disposed of and, where possible, reintroduced into the recycling process.

Product Materials (Memory Games)

Our products are made from high-quality, durable paperboard and card materials, printed in full color with a protective finish.
Boxes may contain small magnets to securely close the packaging. All components are carefully laminated or coated for strength and long-lasting use.
Packaging is made from eco-friendly corrugated cardboard, recyclable and sustainably sourced. Cards, boxes, and instruction sheets are designed to be safe, durable, and enjoyable for repeated use.
