Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or Swiss public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Orders within Switzerland are shipped with Swiss Post.

We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom or to destinations outside our active shipping regions.

Agaram Games is based in Switzerland, which is outside the European Union.

Orders shipped to EU destinations may therefore be subject to import VAT, customs duties, customs-clearance charges, carrier handling fees or other import-related charges imposed by the destination country or delivery provider.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
